It's a horrible holiday if ur single.. Thats me... and its a great holiday if your loved..and the other person knows it.. the one whose doing the loving.. i dunno i really don't like vday.. it's got a depressing conotation to it when your single..
actually today is the day we celebrate in our home. Mr. Tate's B-day. He isn't home until tomorrow though. We don't really make a big deal avout V-day because we love each other everyday and try to show it then. However it is a good excuse to make a red velvet cake in heart shaped pans for our fam to enjoy. I miss the days of elementary school when I made heart shaped cookies and decorated them with the names of all my kid's classmates. sigh, I feel so un needed now.
i agree with jag 100%...forget v-day and move on to st. patricks day.....yay green!
Valentines day is fun, and Valentino was just as much a saint as patrick my green loving hairy friend...so watch it.
Anyway, for the exptra credit, I got Kelly a neato glass encased red marble heart with a personalized letter engraved into the marble telling how much I love her. The internet really helps you find some neat things.
Oh yeah, and we do dinner.
